Clallam Business Incubator

Expectations

The Incubator @Lincoln Center expects to work with each of its tenant companies in an environment of cooperation and trust, leading to each one's successful launch and graduation. The Incubator, however, reserves the right to terminate its services to any tenant company failing to meet the Incubator's expectations and rules which include, but are not necessarily limited to the following:

  • The Incubator expects a continual increase in sales and employment growth for all its tenant companies.
  • The Incubator expects each of its tenant companies to work cooperatively with all other tenant companies including, where and when feasible, the sharing of ideas, information and resources.
  • The Incubator expects its tenant companies to provide timely responses to Incubator requests.
  • The Incubator expects its tenant companies to participate in all Incubator sponsored programs.
  • The Incubator expects tenant companies to follow the Guided Access Program (GAP) outline including regular monthly meetings with business counselors, Incubator Director or GAP Review Board members. Four hours per month of consultation from these groups is included in the tenant's lease. Consultation above this amount per month will be charged at $25/hour.
  • The GAP is designed as a structured business development process that does not guarantee profitability or achievement of projected results for tenants.
  • The Incubator prohibits its tenant companies from offering employment to an employee of another Incubator tenant company unless they have first received express permission by the affected company to do so.
  • The Incubator reserves the right to inspect regularly all financial documents of its tenant companies including, but not limited to, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and payroll reports.

It will be the responsibility of both The Incubator Board of Directors and the GAP Review Board to give each tenant company clear and timely notification of a failure to meet The Incubator @Lincoln Center's expectations, as well as adequate opportunity to correct the same.
